This creamy Shrimp and Salmon Alfredo combines seasoned baked salmon, tender shrimp, protein pasta, broccoli, and a rich Parmesan Alfredo sauce. It is a filling family meal that serves five people with enough left for another serving
Ingredients
- 12 ounces baked salmon, broken into bite-sized pieces
- 2 pounds precooked, deveined shrimp
- 1 box (16 ounces) protein pasta
- 2 jars Alfredo sauce
- 1 bag frozen broccoli
- Old Bay seasoning, to taste
- Garlic powder, to taste
- Onion powder, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese, to taste
- You can use your favorite store-bought Alfredo sauce or make your own homemade sauce. I used two jars of Alfredo sauce because this is the way I prepared mine.
Instructions
- Prepare the baked salmon, then break approximately 12 ounces into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
- Cook the protein pasta for approximately 9 minutes, or according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Pour both jars of Alfredo sauce into a large pot.
- Add Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and grated Parmesan cheese to taste.
- Add the salmon pieces and warm the sauce over medium-low heat, stirring regularly to prevent sticking or burning.
- Once the sauce is hot, gently stir in the frozen broccoli and precooked shrimp.
- Add the drained protein pasta and gently combine everything.
- Continue cooking until the broccoli is tender and the shrimp and salmon are heated thoroughly.
