Refund and Returns Policy
Digital Products
Beyond the Scale and Growing currently sells downloadable digital products. No physical product will be mailed.
Because digital files are delivered electronically and cannot be returned, purchases are generally final once the download has been accessed.
Refunds may be considered when:
- You were charged more than once for the same product.
- You received the wrong file.
- The file is corrupted or cannot be opened after reasonable troubleshooting.
- A refund is otherwise required by applicable law.
To request help, email contact@beyondthescaleandgrowing.com within 7 days of purchase. Include your name, order number, and a brief description of the problem. Please do not include passwords or sensitive payment information.
Download Problems
If your download link does not arrive or the file will not open, contact us at contact@beyondthescaleandgrowing.com. We will first try to replace the file or restore access to your download.
Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times are controlled by PayPal, your bank, or your card provider.
Exchanges and Shipping
Digital products cannot be physically returned or exchanged. Shipping charges do not apply because no physical item is mailed.
Your Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law or an eligible PayPal Purchase Protection claim.
