A fresh, colorful salad topped with sliced grilled T-bone steak. I sprinkled cilantro lime pepper salt over the vegetables and used A1 steak sauce instead of traditional dressing for a tangy finish.
Ingredients
- Lettuce
- Baby carrots
- Mini cucumbers
- Bell pepper
- Sweet baby tomatoes
- Green onions
- Grilled T-bone steak
- Cilantro lime pepper salt, to taste
- A1 steak sauce, to taste
Instructions
- Wash and prepare all the vegetables.
- Chop the lettuce, carrots, cucumbers, bell pepper, tomatoes, and green onions into bite-sized pieces.
- Arrange the lettuce and vegetables in a bowl or on a plate.
- Sprinkle the vegetables with cilantro lime pepper salt.
- Remove the bone from the grilled T-bone steak, slice the meat, and place it on top of the salad.
- Drizzle with A1 steak sauce to taste and enjoy!
My Personal Touch
I wanted the vegetables to have plenty of flavor, so I added cilantro lime pepper salt before topping the salad with steak. The A1 sauce brought everything together without my usual salad dressing.
